Interview canceled before notice received? i485 AOS marriage-based
I've been following my myUSCIS account every couple of days, but we've been "Ready to be scheduled for an interview" since January 2019 with no changes. However, today I randomly checked the normal Case Tracker page where you type in the receipt number and got this:
"On October 3, 2019, we cancelled the interview scheduled for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number **** **** **** ***. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you."
This still isn't reflected on the myUSCIS page, and we never received an interview notice or notification that we were scheduled. I called USCIS and they told me that the interview must've been scheduled and canceled so quickly that I didn't receive a notice, and that they have no idea why my account and the search page don't match. Apparently I'm just supposed to wait until someone tells me something. I have USPS informed delivery, so I'm waiting to see something in the mail.
Has this happened to anyone else? We have a pretty straightforward marriage-based case, though they had to transfer us from Washington DC to SF because we moved. We didn't get any ROEs or notices, and they renewed my work authorization card a few weeks ago.
