Hi All,
just want to share as of my process..
Currently I am on F1 married to USC.
Filed:I-485,i-130, i-131and i-765 to NBC
PD:April 11 2019
Received Initial RFE on April 28 2019 regarding financial support.
Responded to RFE on June 28 2019( just waited for latest i-20's and paystubs)
at this point i haven't received any biometric notice. so i called Uscis on September first week to open a service request.
Received biometric notice on Sep 13 2019 (Not sure my service request helped here to get this)
biometric on OCT 2 2019
On Oct 4 2019 Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview (I am from Raleigh field office )
No update on EAD/AP.
Any idea when will i get interview date? also anyone from Raleigh-NC? any comments will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
