Hi guys,
I am applying green card for marriage-based, married USC. I have a quick question about I-864 income requirement.
So I am F-1 student, but I am a research assistant at university. My annual income plus my husband income is more than poverty line of 2019. However, he is the recently graduates, so he didn't have tax return yet.
We also have a joint sponsor just in case, the joint sponsor' current annual income is more than enough as well, but he doesn't have enough tax return for previous years either.
In this case, will I get a REF for not having enough tax return over the poverty line or not?
