Hi,
My wife's H4 petition was submitted along with my H1B visa transfer petition.
I got my visa transfer approved last month. Her H4 visa status first changed to RFE and after submitting the response, the status was updated to " Your appeal was dismissed"
Can anyone please share there experience or inputs regarding the same.
