H4 Visa under Admin Processing
Hi,
My wife went for H4 visa interview on 9th october 2019.Consulate ask her to give I797 .She gave RN copy I797C (H1B ammendment file for new location from the same employer ) as well as previous approved I797B which was valid till 2021 june.
After sometime consulate asked her Which is the latest I797 then she said I797C is the latest one.
After asking some normal question about the marriage and other thing she gave her 221G green slip.
In slip they haven't asked for any document and current status is it's in Administrative process.
Can somebody please help me with some information in this case.How much time it will take to clear this admin process and Why she got green slip.
