i485 refiled after denial
hey family just want to share my experience so far i applied for my aos pd december 31 2018, and i130 was approved on august 29 2019 and i485 denied due to they said i failed to submit my birth certificate and the affidavit of support. after received the denial letter they said my option is to do the motion or leave the country within 33 days so i retain a lawyer and he advise me to refile with the approved i130 , what i did within 2 weeks after received the denial letter and uscis received my applications and have receipts number so far.
but know i am still worried to get an NTA based to the previous denial
ps: i even didn't have an interview
