10/09: H4 Child Visa Issued.
10/09: H1 Admin processing
10/11: H4 Admin processing
Today 10/14... no updates what so ever.....
For child under 14, even though me and my wife does not have valid visa, they accept the application. However, in their website it is mentioned both the parents must have valid visa for the child under 14 to qualify drop box. Hopefully this might be helpful. Just take child's DS 160, I797 approval and 2 pictures and inform them.
