Married to us citizen we filled for me and my 3 year son feburary 2019 our lawyer screwed up and send wrong filling fees for my son and his case was rejected I resubmitted it April 2019 and did my biometric . july 2019 got a rfe requesting my wife birthday certificate and 130 a .again my lawyer screwed up then Aug 2019 received courtesy letter medical examination is 60 days before filling date and its about to be 8 months I alll my case are the same there only stateing they have being recieve no. Ead no interview schedule. I call uscis they basically told me to keep waiting..I a just worried that my layer srewed more and they just gunna deny my case smh
