Just want to share my experience because this forum also helped me a lot.
I applied online Sept 2018 and just got approved today.
Make sure you’re upfront about any citations or DUI you have.
I had a DUI last year but the charges was dropped because the video evidence shows I actually passed the test but the police woman was probably just in the mood to arrest someone.
This worried me a lot even if the case was dropped. I was upfront with the IO and detailed all that happened. He was nice about it.
I also had a ticket few years back and I mentioned it too.
I was still approved, just waiting for the oath ceremony in the mail.
If you’ve had issues like this, don’t think too much about and bring as much evidence as you can find. This will help your case a lot.
