Married to a green card holder
Hi please help me. My wife is a green card holder. She is waiting for her interview to be scheduled for citizenship. In the mean time on July when F2A was current i filled i130 i485 and i765. Completed my biometric Fingerprint too. But i got a request of initial evidence letter from USCIS. In that letter it has asked to establish that the petitioner is a US citizen and asked to provide birth certificate in US, copy of US passport. But my wife is a green card holder and we haven’t made any mistake while filing the forms. We ticked lawful permanent resident. We submitted all the documents including copy of green card. Please suggest what should we do in this case and what documents should we send.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thank you
