hello My wife is a US citizen and I received a letter in the mail yesterday for Request for Evidence regarding my I-485 application. It says that my petitioner income did not meet the 125 percent of the federal poverty guideline for our household. They are asking for a joint sponsor but I wanted to ask is there another way around this that anyone has experience with or have dealt with before. Please help however u can. I know myself with my current job I make sufficient funds but am I allowed to use my finance to help our case?
