Me: my wife dob, parents name, where she works.
Wife : my name and dob, address , where all I went to schools .
Me: 2 dui so asked about them. And what was the outcome . One got 3 days plea deal . Other dismissed . And where I work and as what. He asked me if I had authorization and i showed CPT i20 valid.
Guy was friendly and was joking from starting till end and have me a white sheet and needs to review the case. There is no other option other than giving the white sheet for everyone . Lawyer told I will get the card but you never know.
Lawyer is good . Filed all possible forms. He asked for Disposition statement for DUI but could not get it so submitted during interview. Sent 2018 tax returns . Birth certificates etc etc. Good to send all of them at once when filing. Take originals and photos when going.
Kuldip Kasturi from Jackson Heights, Queens NYC. He is the guy and changes EXACTLY between two to three .. Send another lawyer with you to the interview who has 40+ years experience in attending interviews and probably knows every IO there.
