I wanted to know if anyone is in similar situation as my case as I have been waiting for my AOS for almost two years now. My PD is 31st March 2017 and I attended the interview on Dec 2018 last year. I am on my EAD with expiry in July 2020 next year. I will be complete two year validity of my current EAD( after initial one year ) and wanted to know if I have initiate EAD extension for the third time while waiting for AOS. Will it impact my current AOS status if I initiate the EAD extension again ?
There has been no movement in dates in the Nov 2019 bulletin and there is lot of uncertainty.
Is anyone in similar situation and wanted to know in general what are the attorneys suggesting in such case.
