NORFOLK VA ... I-130 approved but I-485 pending
Hello,
I had my interview on August 20... everything went smoothly and the IO gave a verbal approval. Status of my I-130 changed the following day to approved and I got my notice in the mail. However my I-485 is still showing interview scheduled..... I’ve contacted uscis and even spoken with a tier 2 officer about This issue and he promised to escalate... Any one experienced this before?
