Changing Employer while waiting for Greencard Interview (Marriage-based)
Hi all,
I have a quick question - before I got married I was on F-1 STEM OPT and I was working for Employer A until for the past 2 years before I submitted my adjustment of status application. My AOS application (I-485) was submitted concurrently with I-765 (EAD) in March 2019, and I received my EAD in June 2019.
I am currently waiting for the interview to be scheduled.
I received another job offer last Friday that better aligns with my career and better pay. Has anyone switched jobs/employer while waiting for the interview? If so, what steps do I have to take when switching employer (ex: re-submit I-765 or whatnot)?
