March 7 2018 Application for Green Card and EAD
March 31 2018 NOA1
PD March 12 2018
April 10 2018 Biometrics Appointment
August 24 2018 I got RFE
August 29 2018 i sent RFE
September 4 2018 Response to USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received
September 25 2018 Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
September 26 2018 New Card Is Being Produced for EAD
October 4 2018 I received EAD
April 16 2019 renewal EAD application
August 28 2019 Interview Was Scheduled
September 3 2019 I received mail notice Interview date
October 11 2019 Interview, and not approved on spot but approved same day
October 11 2019 New Card Is Being Produced for Green Card
October 16 2019 Card Was Mailed to Me
October 19 2019 I received Green Card.
Officer was very nice and friendly and we were in oath tell honest,
He asked how we met, and when were we married. and how old i was move in US first time.. he ask me did i was work in here illegal i said no.. he ask me bills together and review the forms and asked to see the some bills and lease and some document.
I gave him affidavit letter. Also a copy of our lease and our bills together, he ask me album pictures together and family and friends. then i gave him it. and he ask me when he work. and what kind of work.
he ask me for form yes or no question
He also asked all our originals to check (birth certificates, IDs, passports).
We got there about 30 min early, our interview was made on time, everyone was very kind. He said everything was looking really good he said make decide he gave me white paper said must under review 120 days and we want to told him thank you so much then we leave home and later night about 11pm then mine case status said New Card Is Being Produced.
I'm so very happy. God is wonderful all the time.
