RFE to show proof of U.S citizenship when my husband is an LPR?
Hi everyone,
I have just received an RFE to show proof of my husband (petitioner) of his U.S citizenship. He is still very much a green card holder. We applied concurrently for I130 and I485 in August as F2B category was current. PD is August 26th 2019.
Not sure if it's a mistake from USCIS as me and my lawyers have combed through my application and every box we checked told them that he is an LPR. Anyone else in the same boat?
