i-485 interview for marriage based.
Hi everyone, November 06 I will have my interview. I came here in F1 visa. My wife is a US citizen. We got married last year September 2018. After marriage and before marriage (2017 and 2018) I have worked in USA. Though I tax filed for both year, but I didn’t mention about 2017 tax file in my form (i-485) or working in US. So my question here it would a problem? Please share if anyone has any experience. I can say about 2018 tax file which I jointly filed but 2017 is the issue here. Thanks in advanced.
