My experience:
Visa interview on 10/21 at 7:30 am, arrived 15 min early, by that time there are 10 members in from of us. They have lockers for mobile phones and car keys.
Stranded in line for documents verification and finger prints, and then waited in line for actual interview, only 2 windows are calling for h1 and h4, i can hear the other people questions, and especially they are asking did you received the your rights in USA(forgot the Exact booklet name), and asking did u read the booklet and do u understand what it is for, and tell me what’s in the booklet.
Please go through the booklet, don’t ignore it.
Questions asked:
Q)How long u have been in US
A) 9 years
Q) how long on H1b
A) 5 years
Q) highest level of education
A) MS computer science
Q) which University
A) SILICON VALLEY UNIVERSITY
Q) u studied masters in which year and how long did u take to complete
A) told the year of studying and duration
Q) company ur working for
A) told the company name
Q) Job title & responsibilities
A) told the details
Q) how long with the comps
A) 1 year
Q) full time or contracting?
A) full time
Q) what are the previous company u worked for
A) answered
Q) work location
A) answered

Finally they said my visa is approve and my employment information is not updated into their system, I will take 3 to 5 days to get the tracking numbers.
