Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hello people,so I had my interview on August 29th, no update since then . My status says case cannot be found on the automated system since after interview almost 60 days. So today I spoke with Tier 2 officer, very friendly man but to my surprise he said my status still says case is ready to be scheduled for interview. He was also wondering why that isn't updated since I had interview already. He told me he didn't see any hold on the case i485 , like RFE etc. He said it might be due to several background checks that I should be more patient...sigh...
