January filler here.
Had Biometrics in February.
Status hasn't change since then, now my lawyer is telling me that even if i get the EAD card it will expire right away, and he wants me to submit documents for EAD and GC again.
this seems kinda strange to me. Why would i submit it again? it didn't got declined or anything.
What do you guys think?
