Changing Jobs after Employment Based GC

its been 6 months since i got my Employment based Green card. The Validity is for 10 years. I'm planning to change jobs since my job with current company is almost 5 years. Looking for higher salary and better Opportunities. However, I'm kinda thinking as how much time is a good time to be with my current employer before i could move on, since i got my GC through them. anyone with such experiences, please guide me.
