hello,
It's my first time here.. I've a pending Asylum status. and I got married to USC in August. I am planning to apply green card through marriage.
I have couple questions and will highly appreciate your help!
Do I have to apply for AED, if I already applied for AED through asylum?
When I fill out i-130, should I enter my maiden name or my husband's last name, as i took his last name.
