H1B Denial
I have completed my masters in information systems in the last year 2018. Currently, I am working as a software engineer through a third party at the client's location. My consultancy had filled my application in March this year but unfortunately, it didn't get through and got denied.
The reason why it got denied is ; when I applied for the h1bvisa I applied with the name of the CLIENT A in between of the H1B process my employment ended with CLIENT A (now I work with CLIENT B) and when they asked me in the RFE i have replied the name of the current client CLIENT B.As I have mentioned one name (CLIENT A) in the beginning and provided evidence of the other (CLIENT B ) it got denied. I have still a few more days to respond to the denial. Is anyone went through the same situation?
Does anyone had a similar experience?
