Case stuck on response to RFE was received for 11 months

I and my spouse have been very frustrated. We filed for Marriage based adjustment of status on November 8, 2019
We filed the I130, I131, I485 and I765 on Nov. 8
We received RFE about 3 weeks later and responded to RFE
USCIS acknowledged receipt of RFE response on Jan, 22, 2019
Ever since January 22, 2019 our case has been stuck on 'Response to USCIS RFE was received.
My EAD is about to expire and I feel really awful right now
We have made to SRs and didn't receive any feedbacks at all
Called USCIS couple of times and they say our case is still within processing time. This is very unusual looking at other peoples experience here.
Do you have any advice for us??
