working without unauthorization
My friend did work unauthorized for many years before since I was in F-1 status. She took cash only, without payroll or any thing related to SSN. When she applied for AOS, she put NO for 2 questions about working unauthorized and violated visa law something. She received the EAD already and work legally (get check). Now, she is afraid that USCIS might know that if she used to work illegally before she applied AOS. Do you think that the USCIS can discover somebody used to work illegally before applying AOS. Thank you
P/S: She also received a RFE about i-130A.
