Expedite EAD
I need some advice on whether to submit an expedite request for EAD or not.
I am a marriage-based filer from Queens, NY with PD 7/1/2019. Applied for i-485, 130, 765, and 131.
I had a great job on my F-1 OPT that expired 7/1/2019 so I had to stop working. My employers were willing to wait a few months but it's turning into quite a long process so they may revoke my continuing offer. Would you suggest I apply for an expedite EAD given that it has been almost 5 months? I was a valuable member in my team so may be able to get a supporting document from the employers.
Would greatly appreciate any advice.
