GC EAD and F1 OPT EAD
Hello guys,

I applied AOS concurrently with EAD on May 1, unfortunately i received RFIE on July 5th regarding Petitioner's Affidavit of Support and Sponsor's proof of current income, and submitted the response on July 29th. Since then i did not get an update regarding my application only "USCIS received RFE response". I called USCIS and the CS put a SR on RFE (Oct 21) and told me i will get response within 30 days. it's been 92 days since i submitted RFIE and 182 days since EAD application.

I will be completing my master on Dec 2019 and i'm in dilemma if i should apply for F1 OPT this Nov. Due to longer processing time of GC EAD (5.5-7.5 months), Driver's license expiring (Feb 2020) and Car registration expiring (April 2020). I don't know what to do right now as i can't work.

My wife is a USC and currently earn $1200/month. Our monthly expense is around $1800-2k. I want to know what should be my next step now and i can't afford to enroll again for 2nd masters due to financial reasons.
