Unauthorized Employment
When we submitted our AoS through marriage to a US Citizen, I had said no to question for unauthorized employment; although, I did do some unauthorized work for a total of less than 6 months (I helped out a friend with some work two years ago and my friend paid me in cash), no SSN was involved nor did I file taxes on it.
Our interview is coming up soon and I wanted to ask if someone else has been in this situation before and what did you do in this case?
I was thinking of
a)just going forward with the answers submitted on the case or
b)asking IO to correct this mistake on my I-485 and explain the situation as soon as the interview starts.
