During interview, the officer she was on-duty mood (not mean or kind). Ask to take a vow and fingerprint.
First of all, Name, DOB, Address, Parents' Name, then she asked me (maybe all) the I-485 Y/N Question.
[I know most of them are NO, but still listen carefully for what she ask, even ask for repeat if the question is unclear / long, she was nice to put terms in another way, or make it short and easy for me to understand]

Then she ask (Who, Where, Address, What Occupation, What is Daily Task, What Days of the Week, How Much Paid Annually, How Often Get Paid, How Many Hour Work per Day, When Start, How Many People) I work for / in the company.
[She does take notes on a blank sheet of paper]
She did not ask me Why & How I got the job.

Then she ask if I work anywhere before (OPT),
Name, Where, When Stop Working there (not ask to show Employment Verification Letter, or all other details related)

Lastly, ask me if there is anything needed to submit (which maybe different/ or changes from documents already submitted). On the last page of I-485, She show me how many changes and on which page (filled in blank with number) and also show the changes corrected with red marker.
Then ask to wait about 15 minutes (I wait 30) to update the data to see if she can have a decision.

APPROVED ON SPOT, told me to wait couple weeks (which I did not hear clearly - filled with joy oopss) then the card will be mailed.

P/S: stories on immihelp helped me a lot, still thanks for this community, hope this helps. I will be in touch if there is any questions.
