Renewing L1A during marriage AOS
Hi all,
Wondering if anybody has been in a similar situation and could provide any insight. I am currently working in the US on an L1A visa, but submitted AOS based on marriage. I had my interview a couple of weeks ago but don’t have a decision yet.
My company wants to start the process to renew my L1A visa in a few days, as it expires in July 2020. Does anyone have any experience in this? Can I renew while in adjustment of status? I have my EAD but from what I understand is best to maintain status if I can.
