Santa Ana April 2019 Journey
My experience so far:

File everything in April 2019
PD April 8, 2019
Bio May 1, 2019

I-485 stuck at fingerprint fee since April 11, 2019
I-130, I-765 and I-131 stuck at case received since April 8, 2019

-No updates on USCIS online case status.

- So I chat with USCIS live representative they said they received my fingerprint May 2, 2019. They said I am still within normal processing time and to inquire when it is pass the normal processing time listed at USCIS processing time website for National Benefit Center.

- I created USCIS account to see if there is more status update there, but I see the same update exactly just like the one from USCIS online case status. I request notification via text/email, but nothing yet.

-I chat with them again a month after that they said case still process no decision is made yet and for me to file for inquiry for outside normal time.

-I inquire I-485 on 10/20/2019 and they said they will reply by 11/11/2019 and I have not heard back yet, but I should not inquire I-485 since Santa Ana will still be between normal processing time. they also say that my case is still in National Benefit Center since I asked where it is now NBC or Santa Ana.

-I then inquire I-765 on 10/24/2019 and they said they will reply by 11/15/2019 and I have not heard anything back yet. I am still waiting on this, but then on Monday 11/28/19 they changed the uscis processing time for National Benefit Center from 6.5 to 7.5 months so I guess I am still within normal processing time now :( so I guess I have to wait for their response or by 7.5 months since my PD.

- I signed up for USPS inform delivery yesterday and downloaded the apps so I will know my incoming mails.

- I downloaded case tracking apps on my phone and the status is the same as what I already know, no updates there too.

-I called USCIS today and actually talk to someone on the phone for the first time ever. She seems nice, but all she can tell me is the uscis processing time for Santa Ana which is provided in the website (13-20 months) and that my case is still process. She said the fingerprint was reviewed and completed May 2, 2019. I think she is Tier 1 that is why she provided only the one I basically kind of know already. But I guess she is confirming that they did not only receive my fingerprint, but also already reviewed and completed the fingerprint on May 2, 2019 so I guess that is a great relief.

- I guess all I can do now is pray hard and wait patiently by living my life without thinking about it as much as I do. It is kinda obsessive and worrying is not good for our well being. I will definitely write again once I have anything new to share with you guys. I will definitely contact them again next month or in few months.

-I am happy for everyone who got their updates already or even their EAD and Green Card. I will also pray for everyone else who are still waiting that God will help us in our waiting time and that the process will be smoother and faster. God Bless Us All!
