Hi everybody,
Im married US Citizen and I sent all documents and already did the BIO.
I just received a letter Request for Initial Evidence, which says that:
"Based on the documentos submitted with form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the petitioning sponsor, the income did not meet 125 percent of the federal poverty guideline for the petitioning sponsor's household size..... Obtain a qualifying joint sponsor who demonstrates the ability to support you or submit evidence of assets."
My wife is my sponsor, in the I-864P says that her income must be more then $21.137 for 2 household size, but her income is more then $45.000 years.
I don't know why they said that she income do not meet the 125 percent.
May I provide a joint sponsor anyway ?
