Interview on 29th October/ no decision yet
Hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone had similar experience.
15th may case recived, no fingerprints appointment util in end of the august my lawyer called to ask what’s going on, apparently they forgot to schedule it. They did schedule it of 16th September and on 24th they scheduled our interview. Interview was easy and smooth, nothing crazy... basic questions. In the end he said ok, let me present your case to supervisor... he came back 5 minutes later and said: ok, i will finish my review and i will make decision, and if it’s approved you will get the green card that’s pretty much it” he didn’t ask for more photos even if we had 2 new albums... he took new evidences we had to provide and that’s it.
My concern is that my wife was married from 2011 until 2018 and she filled paperwork for him but they split in 2014 and she never wanted to have anything with him, she doesn’t even know did he get his paperwork and when she was asked about that on interview she said she dont know what is the end of that case and that’s true.
