i 130 and i485 denied
Hi everyone i was wondering if anyone ever had such experience.
My i130 and i485 was denied reason being that my DS 160 says married thou it was a common marriage and no documentation to show for it we only lived together for years. based on the fact that i have no documentation to back this up as we where never legally married i filled single in my i485 application. and uscis denied my application for that reason and gave me an option to appeal.
if anyone has been in such situation kindly advise.
