Hello Guys, I'm from SLC, UTAH. Married to USC.
So I've been a silent reader so far, anyway here's my experience with USCIS contact center today.
08/02/19 Filed for AOS, Sent mail to Chicago Lockbox. I485, I130, I131, I765
08/05/19 Priority Date for all the cases.
Online Updates for all of my cases were it was received by USCIS and still stuck on that
08/12/2019 Fingerprint fee was received for I485
08/13/2019 Receipt notices in mail for all the cases
08/16/2019 I797C for Biometrics appointment for 09/05.
09/05/2019, Did my biometrics at the field office. My case is still stuck at Fingerprint fee was received and rest of them on cases were received. I have 2 account with USCIS one of their official website and other one on DHS. Both provides same information to me.
I called USCIS today to check on what's happening and they said that My fingerprint was reviewed on 09/07/2018. The intriguing part was he said that my CASE WAS WORKED ON 10/11/2019.
I don't know what that means, he said it has been worked and it's under normal processing time. Does anyone have any idea about what going on here? Are they going to soon update it with Ready to be scheduled for the interview or what, because I don't know what they do after working on the case. Any comments will be really appreciated.
Thanks and Keep helping each other!!!! I follow this forum and get on here to read multiple times a day because I don't have job and don't know how long it's going to take for EAD. I get up every morning and check USCIS app. Anyway that's my story and it's frustrating to see the elongated process of legal immigration.
