Hartford CT Interview
Let start with interview day, I was nervous as hell. My husband and I went to our lawyers office for him to verify all the documents we were taking in. He said we had enough documents and he is going to keep the documents and hand them in.

We got to the USCiS office, the lawyer handed in all our documents and they took my finger prints and told us to have a seat. We waited for about 45mins, then officer came out. My lawyer, my husband and I got up to go in but the officer told my husband to stay.

I thought they were separating us but that was not the case, I was the only person that was interview.
The officer went through the I485 application and wrote some corrections and then asked all the questions at the end of the application ( have you ever committed a crime? treason ect.).

Then he toke out a notepad and said he was going to ask me some questions.
My husband's telephone number?
my telephone number?
Do you have life insurance ?
Do you have health insurance?
Where do your kids go to school?
How old are they?
Do you have any other kids?
How long have you been with your husband?
You entered the US 3 times correct.... ( I said yes, but after reaching home I realized I was wrong, it was 4 times)
Where do you work?
When did you start?
What did you do before?
What was your salary as per your B1 B2 visa application
Who did you come to visit when you first visit?

When going through the i485 he asked, how long was my visa for when. I entered?

The officer was very nice and cracked jokes throughout the entire interview.
He did not give me and approval immediately but my lawyer said he thinks it will be approved and I should see the notice online.

I did not see yhdnotice online the same day or the next as to whether it was approved and I began to feel very disappointed and worried but my husband insisted i called uscis re my case. i did they said my case was approved the same day and the notice was mailed the following day.

So I'm overly relieved that I'm almost through, I got the notice today and I'm so thankful.

My questions is how long before they process the greencard?
