Expedite EAD because of starting a business?
I wanted to know if it would be possible to start my own business while I am still waiting on my EAD? OR if I can use that reason to expedite my EAD? I know that I can form an LLC without being a citizen or LPR but I really want to get my business up and running ASAP. My vendors are hanging in the balance because I don't want money coming into my account as I don't have authorization. Do you think I can convince the USCIS officers to expedite my EAD if I show them proof that I have an LLC under my name?
