Interview: Green card approved but status on the website has not changed
Hi everyone,
My interview was November 1st and the officer was very kind (I applied from Washington DC, interview was in Virginia). She said she was going to approve my application right at the end of the interview.
However, she took my advance parole (travel document) because she said they need to keep documents we no longer need since my card is going to be mailed to me soon.
I did not want to argue obviously so I let her take it but the status on the website has not been updated yet and it still shows interview scheduled.
Should I worry? Has anyone had their Advance parole taken at the interview?
How long did it take for you to receive your card after the interview?
