LA-interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed
Hi All,
I had my AOS marriage based interview on 10/18 at the Los Angeles field office. We were surprised since we filed in 05/2019. I filed for both my husband and his daughter (step daughter) so we all were able to interview together. We thought it went well even though they separated us. Even the IO was very positive at the end. Yet, the IO gave us the notice, "Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed" and said it requires a supervisor review and approval.
We have been married less than 2 year so we know its conditional and I am a US citizen. We are still waiting for the EAD approval as well (filed 05/2019)
Right now, we are patiently waiting but wanted to know if anyone else is going through this or has any advice. Our advisor said everyone is getting this notice now but we are unsure. Any thoughts?
