Need some advice
I have done my interview last September 17th and yet didn't hear back from USCIS.
I filed under EB2-NIW and my PD wasn't current while I do my interview. But now status back to Current and they started processing applications.
I need to travel overseas for a family emergency asap. I do have a valid EAD and AP combo card. However, since the case yet not approved I'm worried about traveling. Is there anyone who has prior experience in the same situation? I heard it's not wise to travel overseas while I-485 is pending. Please be kind enough to share if you have experience with this kind of situation or any advice for me.
