I 130 transfered
Hello,
I am an NYC filer. PD June 10th AOS married to a Uscis.
my husband (the petitioner) received a letter stating that the I130 was transferred to NBC, which is impossible. I just checked online.I-130 is only handled in Texas-vermont-california-potomac and Nebraska.
My I485- I 765 and I 131 are at NBC since June 10th and remain there.
I will call 1st thing tomorrow morning, but I am stressed. anyone is that situation or have an explanation?
