I-485 denied, Overstay Warning, but status valid
Hi,
I received a letter denying my I-485 because a previous I-140 was rejected. The letter says my "period of authorized stay has expired. You are not authorized to remain in the United States. If you fail to depart the United States within 33 days of the date of this letter, USCIS may issue you a Notice to Appear and commence removal proceedings against you".
HOWEVER, I have a valid status (H1B). My both passport stamp and I-94 state my status is valid until 09/2021.
What should I do in this case?
