Counter-1 (10 minutes) : To verify the documents, scan the photo and validate if the photo was taken NOT older than 6 months and/or photoshopped.
Counter-2 (10 minutes) : To ten print
Counter-3 (5 minutes wait + 2-3 minutes of interview):
Handed over the passport and i797

Are you getting paid competitively?
<To spouse>
Where do you guys stay in US?
How long have you been married?
How long since you guys met first and how you know each other?
When and where did you get married? Do you have any children?
Can I see your marriage certificate?
The VO mentioned that the Visa is approved and will take 3-5 days to deliver. Handed over the pamphlet on how to track the passport and work rights in US
Note: The following things are usual and NEED NOT be panicked.
1. If there are any discrepancy with the photo - you have a photo booth near counter-1 and it accepts both cash and credit cards.
2. The VO collects your passport ALONG with your i797 - will be part of the package that your will receive through courier
3. For 1-2 days, the DS-160 application status will be in “Admin processing” then moves to “final processing” -> “Issued”. This is common process on an ideal positive case.
4. In case you are not aware of work rights in US, please refer to this link
https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/LegalRightsandProtections/Wilberforce/Wilberforce-ENG-100116.pdf - It is GOOD to read through the doc before the interview.
