I just received a yellow letter where they're requesting another sponsor for my application because they said that my husband's income didn't meet the 125% of the federal poverty guidelines to sponsor me. But we made sure he was meeting the federal poverty guidelines, $21,137. We are only 2 in the households and he makes $31,000 a year at his job. I called uscis but the guy didn't provide me any info, he said he dont really know why they requested that.
