Desperate !! anyone has that kind of experience and situation ?
Hello Folks ,
I got USA at Dec 2016 and married to GC Holder then applied at FEB 2017 . When priority date current i applied my i 485 at March 2018 . Before interview my visa was expired and i can`t make an extension anymore . Got interview at July 23rd 2019 . IO told me I`m out of status and i can`t adjust my status and i will have to withdrew my application then IO mentioned i have to wait for my wife become citizen and i have to reapply again . My wife she had been applied her citizenship at Oct 27 2017 and got interviewed at April 07 218 then IO said decision cannot be made yet .
Then i was out of patience tried to do MANDAMUS and got reply at Oct 31 2019 which was deny and which is impossible to Appeal .she has to another 5 years for reapply .
my question is does anyone has experience like that ?
I forget to mention my I-130 is approved at January 2019 .
I have zero clue and zero ideas .
