My timeline
Wanted to share my timeline as well. NY filer, EAD at NBC, marriage based (c9), marriage to US citizen.
PD: June 6 2019
Bio: July 5 2019
RFIE letter received: August 15th
Response to RFIE sent: Sep 3rd, received Sep 5th
Status changed to ready to schedule interview: Sept 26th (still unchanged)
Expedite request sent for EAD: October 16th
Response was that my case was already being reviewed so no need to expedite, this was Oct 22nd
Called USCIS on November 1st as status had not changed and they said my EAD had been approved Oct 29th (althought status still unchanged)
Received approval notice on the mail on Nov 3rd
Received EAD on the mail on Nov 5th. That day Status changed to Card delivered.
Still waiting for the interview.
