LA case dates
Hi everyone,

I found reading details about other cases very helpful, so I'm sharing mine. It took a long time for me to get my EAD/AP approved, but after that things started moving faster. I am in in Los Angeles, marriage based, and my case was handled by the National Benefits center.

March 5th - Filed
April - Biometrics
Oct 9th - Ready to schedule interview
Oct 10th - Card is being made (EAD/AP)
Oct 16h - Card was mailed to me (EAD/AP)
Oct 19th - Card delivered (EAD/AP)
Oct 29th - Interview scheduled
Dec 5th - Interview

I kept putting in case inquiries for my I-131 and I-765 every month since they were out of normal processing time. The last time I called and talked to a second level agent, they advised me not to put in another inquiry for I-131, because they already started working on my case, and getting another one just for travel may make them separate the work and travel authorization. I received a combo card two weeks after that call. Hope that is helpful. Good luck everyone
