Adjustment of Status - I-485

 Hi Everybody finally after a few months of waiting I had my interview earlier. Everything goes well and even though it takes longer since the one interviewed us is new and She said we are the 2nd couple she interviews, for me, everything goes well and no worries. She told us that we have to wait for a week to get updates regarding the interview since she needs to submit our documents to her supervisor . We still on the positive side that we will get good news soon. However, She gives me a form I-693... that I need to comply but she did not give more details about this form so I'm still doing some research about it.. I'll be glad if someone can give me more information about it. My concern is submitting this form not on time can be delayed whatever update of my case?
