Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi every one,

We had our interview yesterday at Chicago office scheduled for 10.45 am. We were called in around 10.40. by a young Hispanic lady and everything went smooth.

She asked me some questions from i-485.

What is your full name?
Have you ever used other names?
When did you first enter in US?
When did you last enter in US?
What visa did you use?
All addresses I have lived since my first entry
Wife's name and address
any previous marriage or children?
Location of marriage
any religious ceremony after civil marriage?
some yes/no questions from i-485

Then she asked some questions to my wife (USC) from i-130

Full name and address
Parent's name
Her employment details
any previous marriage or children?

Then she asked us how and when we met, looked as some of the pictures we took with us, complimented on our traditional cloths from religious ceremony. Kept all the pictures and said we should expect to hear back in 30-60 days. She did not give us any paper and did not even look at the binder we took for the interview.

Then I received couple of emails this morning about an update on our cases.

i-130 - interview was completed and case must be reviewed
i-485 - new card is being produced

Finally our wait is almost over.
